We carry out accurate construction and architectural surveys using the 3D Trimble TX8 laser scanner.
The amazing accuracy of 3D scans and BIM ARCHICAD software allows us to create virtual models of real building objects with very high precision.

WHAT IS LASER SCANNING?
Currently, 3D laser scanning is a method that allows you to obtain detailed information related to the shape and dimensions of rooms and facilities located in them, as well as entire buildings, in the shortest time. In addition, 3d scanning is extremely useful when accurately identifying damage, deformation and other types of defects to historic buildings. Laser scanning enables remote location identification of nearly one million points per second. The position of each point is determined in an extremely precise way, in relation to three coordinates (X, Y, Z). Furthermore, a parameter associated with the intensity reflected during signal and colour measurements is identified for each of these points. Therefore, realistic visualisation is obtained, allowing for precise measurements after import into the virtual space.
Spatial modelling allows you to design projects taking into account all kinds of structural imperfections in the analysed facilities, rooms and the course of various types of installations, connections, etc. 3d scanning is used to collect inventory data for designing, redesigning, technical analysis and comparison of buildings at present and at each stage of visualisation. Particularly large possibilities of 3D laser scanning can be seen during identification of the shape and dimensions of buildings and rooms with irregular shapes.
